4. Intellectual Property

All custom code structures, marketing strategies, ad graphics, and website layouts created by IT Digital Sol remain the intellectual property of Eveerest LLC until final payment is received in full. Upon settlement, the client receives the right to use the provided digital assets for their intended business operations.

5. Payments and Billing

Service fees for development and marketing packages will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice. Eveerest LLC reserves the right to pause active ad campaigns, withhold deliverables, or suspend server hosting configurations if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we apply industry best practices to deliver high-quality SEO and ad performance, IT Digital Sol (operating under Eveerest LLC) does not guarantee specific financial returns, lead volumes, or search engine rankings. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from sudden changes in third-party platform algorithms (e.g., Google, Meta).

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any separate service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Eveerest LLC is legally registered.
