Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing IT Digital Sol, operated by Eveerest LLC. As a digital agency providing specialized services—including web development, SEO, and digital advertising—we dedicate extensive time, resources, and technical expertise to every project from the moment an agreement is initiated.

Due to the custom nature of our digital services, we enforce a strict refund and cancellation policy to protect our business operations and ensure fair engagement with all clients. Please read this policy carefully before initiating any project or making a payment.

1. Web Design & Development Services

Our website development projects (WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, etc.) require significant upfront planning, UI/UX designing, and coding. Therefore:

• Initial Deposits are Non-Refundable: Any upfront deposit or initial payment made to commence a web development project is strictly non-refundable. This covers the immediate allocation of developer time and server resources.
• Mid-Project Cancellations: If a client decides to cancel or abandon a project after development has commenced, they forfeit any payments made up to that point. The client will also be billed for any completed work that exceeds the initial deposit amount.
• No Refunds on Completed Work: Once a website is delivered, launched, or migrated to the client’s server, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Digital Marketing & Advertising (Meta/TikTok Ads)

Digital marketing involves the immediate expenditure of resources for strategy formulation, audience research, ad creation, and platform management.

• Agency Fees: Monthly retainers or management fees for running ad campaigns are strictly non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, as the strategy and setup work is executed immediately.
• Ad Spend/Budget: Money paid directly to third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) is entirely out of our control. IT Digital Sol cannot refund any budget that has been spent on these platforms.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Services

SEO is a long-term strategy that involves continuous on-page, off-page, and technical adjustments.

• Because search engine algorithms (like Google) frequently change, IT Digital Sol does not guarantee #1 rankings or specific organic traffic milestones.
• Monthly SEO service fees are non-refundable once the month has commenced, as our team actively performs manual optimizations, content creation, and link-building tasks.

4. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Tools

Payments made for domain registrations, cloud hosting (e.g., DigitalOcean, Cloudflare), premium plugins, or third-party AI APIs (e.g., Groq AI, Llama) are strictly non-refundable. These are purchased on behalf of the client and cannot be reversed by the respective vendors.

5. Project Abandonment & Delays

If a client fails to provide necessary project materials (such as ad account access, branding assets, or website content) for a period exceeding 30 days without prior notice, IT Digital Sol reserves the right to classify the project as “Abandoned”. No refunds will be issued for abandoned projects, and a reactivation fee may apply to resume work.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an ongoing monthly service (such as SEO or Ad Management), you must provide written notice at least 14 days prior to your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
